Vegetables from Koningshof
At Stadsjochies, we work closely with local supplier Koningshof to combat food waste. As soon as they have a surplus of vegetables - from tomatoes and courgettes to kale and lettuce - we are in direct contact. Koningshof lets us know, and we immediately take over the produce. In this way, we ensure that not a single piece of fresh, local vegetables goes to waste and together we strengthen the circle of sustainability and cooperation. A partnership we are incredibly proud of!
